You can import PDF or JPG documents into Docutain or scan documents with the integrated HD scanner.
Simply scan one page or use the batch-scan functionality to scan multiple pages effectively.

Organize your documents

Name your documents and assign searchable index information like

  • Document types (e.g. invoice)
  • keywords/ tags (e.g. insurance)
  • and addresses

This way you can keep track of your documents and find them quickly. Create reminders for documents and never forget a deadline again!

Always keep the overview

You can quickly search for documents using the search field.
Alternatively, you can also start a search using all index fields (document types, tags, addresses) and display all stored documents.
Using automatic text recognition, you can even search for recognized text in the document.

You can optionally synchronize Docutain with a cloud of your choice and protect your documents from loss.
